§ 4Quality assurance and control

Checked before, during and after.

Our QA/QC plan covers the procurement phase, so materials and equipment meet the specifications, and the construction phase, so what we build meets the codes and the drawings.

  1. 01

    Procurement

Materials and equipment checked against the specifications, codes and drawings, submitted for client approval, and tracked weekly until they arrive.

  2. 02

    Receiving

Every delivery inspected on arrival, logged and stored to the manufacturer’s requirements, with damaged items reported and replaced.

  3. 03

    Construction

Daily inspection of excavation, fill tested lift by lift, concrete batching checked on every pour, and sign-off before anything is covered.

  4. 04

    Handover

Test reports, certified as-built drawings, O&M manuals and spare parts lists filed with the client.

§ 5Health, safety and environment
