§ 1Overview

Abrasive blasting, linings, fireproofing, crack injection, waterproofing.

Coating systems for structural steel, crane rails, piping and equipment, onshore or coastal, inside and out. Surfaces in contact with acids and corrosive chemicals get linings chosen for that chemical.

For concrete, we find the cause of damage first, whether reinforcement corrosion, sulphate attack, salt attack or spalling, then repair it to the standard procedure.

    Receiving

Every delivery inspected on arrival, logged and stored to the manufacturer’s requirements, with damaged items reported and replaced.

  3. 03

    Construction

Daily inspection of excavation, fill tested lift by lift, concrete batching checked on every pour, and sign-off before anything is covered.

  4. 04

    Handover

Test reports, certified as-built drawings, O&M manuals and spare parts lists filed with the client.
