§ 1Overview

Structural steel, PEB, pipe spools, pipelines and tanks, fabricated and erected.

We fabricate, weld and erect structural steel for industrial, commercial and residential projects, in our workshop and on your site. The workshop sits between Jubail and Dammam, close to the fabrication yards and the plants we serve.

Pre-engineered buildings are designed to the exact requirement of each job, so the frame, roofing, cladding and ceilings arrive ready to erect.

§ 5How we work

One QA/QC plan, four stages.

Procurement
Materials and equipment checked against the specifications, codes and drawings, submitted for client approval, and tracked weekly until they arrive.
02
Receiving
Every delivery inspected on arrival, logged and stored to the manufacturer’s requirements, with damaged items reported and replaced.
03
Construction
Daily inspection of excavation, fill tested lift by lift, concrete batching checked on every pour, and sign-off before anything is covered.
04
Handover
Test reports, certified as-built drawings, O&M manuals and spare parts lists filed with the client.
